The house is a stone's throw from ATU, Merlin Park University Hospital, and Mervue Business Park. City bus stops are within walking distance. 

The semi-detached house is spread over two levels and all the common areas (kitchen with dining corner, laundry room, 2 toilet services) are shared among the guests. 

All rooms will be equipped with beds, wardrobes, desks and accessories at the check-in time. 

Applications are received only by email and references (work and/or study) are requested.

This is strictly no smoking, no parties and no overnight guest property.

Here are the terms and conditions applied:

ALL INCLUSIVE - SINGLE ROOM (1 OCCUPANT - 1 DOUBLE BED) -  The weekly fee is 245 euro (*) reduced to 235 euro/week for the first 4 weeks if you book by the end of January

ALL INCLUSIVE - DOUBLE ROOM (2 OCCUPANTS-1 LARGE DOUBLE BED) - The weekly fee is 320 euro (*) (**) reduced to 280 euro/week for the first 4 weeks if you book by the end of January

A minimum stay is 4 weeks and the maximum stay is 6 months (or a longer fixed term for academic students)

The minimum check-out notice is 4 two weeks

The standard booking fee is 250 euro per person (***)  (a special discount will be applied if you book by the end of January)

A security deposit of €500 per person is required 

Check-in is permitted if payment of the security deposit is completed by the move-in date. 

(*) All the bills are included in the weekly rate. However, the energy costs are monitored every month. Any unreasonable excess of electricity usage will be spread among the occupants and added to the rental. 

(**) A twin or double room must be booked in full from an individual or two friends together  – we do not sell individual spaces within the room. Both the occupants are reliable for the whole weekly rate 

(***) The booking fee is paid every six months of stay in case of a renewal agreement. This fee includes administration, assistance and maintenance costs, and your RTB registration.
