Here are the terms and conditions applied: 

ALL INCLUSIVE - SINGLE ROOM - The weekly fee is 245 euro  (*) reduced to 235 euro/week for the first 4 weeks if you book by the end of January

Rent is charged every 4 weeks

A minimum stay is 4 weeks, and the maximum stay is 6 months (or a longer fixed term for academic students)

The minimum check-out notice is 4 weeks 

The standard booking fee is 250 euro per person (**)   (a special discount will be applied if you book by the end of January)

A security deposit of €500 per person is required 

Check-in is permitted if payment of the security deposit is completed by the move-in date. 

(*) All the bills are included in the weekly rate. However, the energy costs are monitored every month. Any unreasonable excess of electricity usage will be spread among the occupants and added to the rental. 

(**) The booking fee is paid every six months of stay in case of a renewal agreement. This fee includes administration, assistance and maintenance costs, and your RTB registration.
