We offer accommodation solutions in shared and self-catering apartments/houses, fully furnished and serviced for guests over 18 years only. Mixed genders, mixed nationalities, individuals and couples, students and workers.
All the common areas and home facilities are shared. Our locations are strictly no party, no overnight guests, and no smoking. All-inclusive rates and flexible payment conditions are applied.
HOW DOES HOUSE ASSIGNMENT WORK?
You can view all of our accommodations on this page and express your choices for the areas of the city where you want to stay (we recommend at least five preferences): https://www.quickgalway.com/accommodation.
You submit your request with preferred dates, locations and any special requests.
We will prioritise your choices when assigning final accommodations and strive to provide the desired room and address.
QuickGalway manages the apartments/properties advertised on the website, there is no third party involved.
Here are the terms and conditions applied in 2025 (subject to review for 2026):
The weekly rate for a single room starts from 245 euro up to 275 euro (1 occupant) - all inclusive (*)
The weekly rate for a full twin/double room starts from 370 euro up to 400 euro (if 2 occupants sharing) - all inclusive (*) (**)
Rent is charged every 4 weeks
A minimum stay is 4 weeks, and the maximum stay is 6 months (or a longer fixed term for academic students)
The minimum check-out notice is 4 weeks
The standard booking fee is 250 euro per person (***)
A security deposit of €500 per person is required
(*) All the bills are included in the weekly rate. However, the energy costs are monitored every month. Any unreasonable excess of electricity usage will be spread among the occupants and added to the rental.
(**) Twin or double rooms must be booked in full by an individual or two friends; we do not offer separate spaces within the room. Both renters are responsible for the full weekly rate.
(***) The booking fee is paid every six months of stay in case of a renewal agreement. This fee includes administration, assistance and maintenance costs, and your RTB registration.
