We offer accommodation solutions in shared and self-catering apartments/houses, fully furnished and serviced.
All the common areas and home facilities are shared between guests. Our locations are NO PARTY, NO OVER-GUESTS, NO SMOKING.
ALL-INCLUSIVE RATES & FLEXIBLE PAYMENT CONDITIONS ARE APPLIED.
Here are the terms and conditions applied:

ALL INCLUSIVE - SINGLE ROOM - The weekly fee is 245 euro (*) reduced to 235 euro/week for the first 4 weeks if you book by the next week and move in a month
ALL INCLUSIVE - TWIN ROOM - The weekly fee is 370 euro (*) (**) reduced to 350 euro/week for the first 4 weeksif you book by the next week and move in a month
ALL INCLUSIVE - DOUBLE ROOM (suitable for a couple or an individual) - The weekly fee is 300 euro in 2024 and 320 euro in 2025 (*) (**) reduced to 290 euro/week for the first 4 weeksif you book by the next week and move in a month
A minimum stay is 4 weeks and the maximum stay is 6 months (or a longer fixed term for academic students)
The minimum check-out notice is 4 two weeks
The standard booking fee is 250 euro per person (***) (a special discount will be applied if you book by the end of January)
A security deposit of €500 per person is required
Check-in is permitted if payment of the security deposit is completed by the move-in date.
(*) All the bills are included in the weekly rate. However, the energy costs are monitored every month. Any unreasonable excess of electricity usage will be spread among the occupants and added to the rental.
(**) A twin or double room must be booked in full from an individual or two friends together – we do not sell individual spaces within the room. Both the occupants are reliable for the whole weekly rate
(***) The booking fee is paid every six months of stay in case of a renewal agreement. This fee includes administration, assistance and maintenance costs, and your RTB registration.
