Nice clean, SMALL single, modern and warm room.  Sharing an ensuite shower with two other female ATU students in the next room.

B&B €125 pppw for 5 nights - Breakfast of cereal, tea, coffee & toast provided - To be paid every week (even during college breaks like Easter etc)

I will provide all the bed linen

All bills included, including fibre wifi.

Access to a nice seated patio area and tv room.

Please note before calling, we are a nice family home so we would ask that guests be respectful, especially regarding noise late at night. Also this is not a doss house, it would be expected that the students would go to college every day.

We have a lovely private patio area and a seperate tv room which the students can access in the evening. Access to the kitchen/dining area to eat food only.

There is no access to cooking facilites, if the student wants to store pre prepared meals in the freezer and heat up in the microwave that is perfectly fine. But there is no access to cooking facilities. Alternativly there is a fantasic canteen in ATU

We would insist that there are no overnight guests. If a student would like a guest to come over to study, that is fine if agreed prior.

We are located in a very nice, safe neighbourhood.  3.4km to ATU, 40min walk, 13min by bicycle, 15min by bus.  The bus stop is loated right to the front of our house, we are serviced by both the 409 and 401 city services, both which go by ATU, the busses are extremely frequent, usually every 10mins or so, the bus services ATU, Galway city & Salthill directly from our home. We can provide a loan of bikes too.
